We do not currently sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. If we ever do, we will surface a clear “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link and honor opt-outs through it and through the Global Privacy Control browser signal.
Submit verifiable requests to privacy@equedu.com with the subject line “CCPA Request” and tell us which right you wish to exercise. We will verify your identity before fulfilling the request and respond within forty-five (45) days; if we need additional time (up to ninety [90] days), we will tell you the reason and the extension period in writing.
We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal as a valid opt-out preference signal under Cal. Civ. Code §1798.135(b)(1).
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
